without any software?

Yes, I have two different methods to get my data back without using any software.

Method 1: In Case USB is not Much Infected 

• Insert USB inside Computer
• Go to My-Computer -> then go to Drive ->right click-> view->show hidden files and folders->hit enter

Method 2: In Case USB is Much Infected , 
Try this

• Insert USB in computer and figure out the name of drive (for e.g. 'F').
• Goto the Start and Click search Run

   

• In run Type "cmd" and enter 
• In cmd Enter Logical Name of Drive and Enter (for e.g. if  name of USB Sector is F Type F and enter) 

• Type Attrib -s -h /s /d *.*

Enter Hit and wait a moment

Now you will be able to See All hidden files and data
